1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AYUWAVE (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AYUWAVE provides Ayurvedic-inspired relaxation and wellness services, including but not limited to massages and home visit sessions. These services are intended for relaxation and stress reduction purposes only.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Requirements: To book a session, you must provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Home Visits

For home service sessions, it is the client's responsibility to provide a suitable environment for the massage. Our therapists reserve the right to terminate a session if they feel unsafe or if the environment is inappropriate.

5. Client Conduct

Professionalism is expected from both the therapist and the client. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

AYUWAVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
